Regular colleges require minimum qualification, age limit and proper educational path like primary education > secondary education. But community college does not such things. It is alternative education method for the marginalize and disadvantaged. Many school dropouts, those who find entry into the regular college to be rigid, may avail of the courses of community colleges and equip themselves for higher education and career development.
